Assesses the products, services, technologies and systems that are available and appropriate for Treasury departments. Oversees all aspects of the company’s financial risk exposures including interest rate risk and foreign currency risk. Oversees cash management initiatives, bank relationships, day-to-day treasury operations. Establishes short-term borrowing needs and recommends short-term investing initiatives
Review and drive improvements in cash management and design and implement new/more efficient processes when necessaries.
Ensuring financial obligations are met in accordance with Company policies and procedures.
Forecast, monitor and track cash flow (weekly, monthly, quarterly etc.).
Check cash flow reports and monitor cash flow forecasts, analyze and report regularly on cash shortages/surpluses, identify debt/cash balances build up and delays for corrective action.
Managing and monitoring the credit insurance companies and banks relantionships and establishing positive relationships with those companies and the finance teams of the business units.
Optimize the factoring programs by following-up dilutions and credit limits
Ensures compliance with controls, BCRA, anti-money laundering regulations, and other rules governing cash transactions and banking.
Interfaces with accounting for bank general ledger upload, journal entry differences and general troubleshooting.
Define strategic finance initiatives as needed including M&A integration and financings.
Provide and present all the initiatives and results to the company board and audit committee on specific financial topics.
Performing other tasks and carrying out additional functions related to the aforementioned descriptions/activities.
Ensure FX Hedging reports and analisys needed to reduce FX exposure.

Master degree, have a broad financial background and can look back on a first experience in treasury analysis.
